Asphalt Lab Technician

• Should hold Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Relevant field • Minimum 5 years of work experience as Asphalt Lab Technician responsible for Testing, Inspecting and Analyzing Asphalt and related Construction Materials • Role involves laboratory work, testing loose asphalt samples, aggregate and bitument tests. Data recording and supporting construction projects and tests like asphalt sampling and the rate of application • Should have hands on experience on Reflex extraction gradation, Marshal (Stability & Flow), Marshal Density, Gmm, TSR, Gyration Compaction, Moisture Content of Asphalt, Air Voids, Bitumen Extraction, Retained Stability, Thickness and Compaction of Asphalt, Core Cutting, Compaction of Asphalt core, etc • Should be aware of the different standards (ASTM / IS) • Should be able to explain the entire testing process in detail from taking sample, testing to report generation • Good English Communication Skill
