You walk the mill floor before sunrise, the hum of a 24/7 operation around you. A centrifugal pump’s vibration trend catches your eye—subtle, but not normal. By mid‑morning you’ve led a quick RCPS, validated with thermography and ultrasonic checks, and updated the BOM with a corrected seal kit part number. After lunch, you sit with a project team to embed Design for Reliability on a line modification, then huddle with contractors to finalize shutdown scopes. Before day’s end, you refresh the lubrication routes and coach a tech on reading HMI trends. That’s a snapshot of the impact you’ll make here.
