Asset Manager

We are looking to hire an Asset Manager to oversee the performance and long-term value enhancement of QE2 ship . The ideal candidate will bring 5–10 years of experience in asset management, with a strong focus on financial performance and strategic planning (marine / boat operations will be a plus).

Responsibilities

Strategic Asset Planning

• Develop and implement long-term asset management strategies to enhance value and optimize returns.
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to inform strategic decisions.

Financial Performance & Reporting

• Monitor and analyze financial performance including NOI, IRR, and ROI.
• Prepare and present regular asset performance reports to senior management.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure planning.

Tenant & Lease Management

• Manage tenant relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee lease negotiations, renewals, and occupancy strategies.

Operational Oversight

• Collaborate with QE2 shipping technical teams to ensure efficient operations and maintenance.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and sustainability improvements.

Value Enhancement Initiatives

• Lead repositioning, refurbishment, or redevelopment projects as needed.
• Evaluate and execute opportunities for revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Liaise with legal, financial, and technical advisors to support asset strategy.
• Maintain strong relationships with external partners, including brokers and consultants.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5–10 years of experience in asset management, preferably in commercial real estate (marine operations are a plus).
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Proven track record of enhancing asset value and executing strategic initiatives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with UAE market and regulatory environment is a plus.
