ASSISTAANT

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, monitoring system performance, coordinating with technicians and contractors, troubleshooting issues, and preparing reports. Requires a Diploma or degree in Electrical, Telecommunication, or Instrumentation Engineering, 5+ years’ relevant experience (including 2 years in GCC), strong English skills, and MS Office proficiency.

Nature and Scope of Position / Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations, installation, and maintenance of IP CCTV systems.
• Monitor system performance and ensure CCTV coverage and functionality.
• Coordinate with technicians, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot technical faults and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed project files, system configurations, and maintenance logs.
• Prepare reports detailing system performance, maintenance activities, and incidents.
• Ensure compliance with security, safety, and confidentiality guidelines.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Engineer or authorized representative.

Experience and Education:

• Diploma or degree in Electrical, Telecommunication, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in CCTV/IP surveillance systems (including 2 years in GCC).
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong computer skills: MS Word, Excel, internet research, and professional report preparation.
• Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid visa/QID.
