JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Know to make e way bills
· Sales, Purchase, Payment & Receipt Entries.
· Follow-up for pending payments.
· Prepare for the ledger outstanding of all debtors & Creditors.
· Prepare for the bank Reconciliation.
· Prepare for the E-way Bill.
· Sales and Purchases invoices in books of accounts made during the period.
· Preparation of RTGS/NEFT and Cheque as and when required for Vendor payment.
· Prepare Sale details monthly and filling GSTR1 monthly.
· Prepare Inputs details and reconcile with GSTR 2A.
· Reconcile Sale and Purchase with GL and Filling GSTR3B Monthly.
· GST reconciliation inputs and outputs Tally Vs GST portal.
· GST refund on Export of Export of Goods.
· Handling GST audit with GST department and providing details as per requirements.
· TDS and TCS reconciliation monthly and payment TDS challan.
· Prepare TDS return form 26Q,24Q,27Q and 27EQ on quarterly Basis.
· Proper filling of file i.e Sale register, Purchase register, Journal Register, Payment Register and Receipt register.
· Vendor ledger reconciliation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
