HIRING: Assistant Accountant (Female Only) – Real Estate Sector
Dubai | Accounting & Admin | Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 2,500 (All-Inclusive)
Position Overview
Liventra Properties, one of Dubai’s growing real estate firms, is hiring a Female Assistant Accountant with minimum 1 year UAE accounting experience.
The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and ready to support the finance department of a dynamic real estate company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting tasks & support senior accountants
- Maintain ledgers, financial statements & bank reconciliations
- Handle accounts receivable/payable, rent collections & payment processing
- Manage petty cash, expense tracking & cash flow updates
- Prepare invoices, receipts & ensure accurate financial records
- Assist with VAT documentation, payroll data & monthly reports
- Coordinate with admin, management, sales & third-party vendors
- Ensure all tasks follow UAE accounting standards & internal SOPs
- Support RERA-related financial documentation (if needed)
- Maintain organized digital & physical filing systems
Requirements
- Female candidates only
- Minimum 1 year UAE accounting experience
(Real estate accounting experience is a strong advantage)
- Must hold a valid UAE visa with NOC
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Good MS Excel skills; accounting software experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail & ability to meet timelines
- Strong communication & organizational skills
Salary, Timings & Joining
- Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 2,500 (All-inclusive)
- Working Days: Monday – Saturday
- Day Off: Sunday only
- Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Probation: 3 months
- After 1 month + successful 1-month probation → Offer Letter & Labor Card may be considered
- Immediate Joiner
- No employment visa commitment until successful probation
