Assistant Architect

• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and concept designs for residential and commercial projects.

• Work with senior architects to develop GFC (Good for Construction) and working drawings.

• Coordinate with internal teams and consultants for design accuracy and project alignment.

• Ensure compliance with local bye-laws, NBC norms, and Development Authority regulations (GDA, NOIDA, etc.).

• Prepare sanction drawings, FAR calculations, and submission documents for authority approvals.

• Create 2D/3D visualizations and presentation materials using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion.

• Conduct site visits for design verification and execution support.

• Maintain drawing records and assist in documentation for project approvals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
