Assistant Brand Manager/ Work exp- upto 4 years We are looking for a strategically driven, creatively inspired Assistant Brand Manager – Design & Communication to craft, evolve, and maintain a distinct and consistent visual and communication identity for FNP.com. This role will lead brand storytelling through sharp design sensibilities, consistent tonality, and consumer-first communication across digital and physical touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
🟨 Brand Design & Imagery
 Own and evolve the visual language of FNP.com – from packaging to digital assets to campaign creatives.
ï‚· Ensure consistency in design principles across all brand collaterals (website, app, emailers, social, performance ads, product packaging, retail, etc.).
ï‚· Lead the creation and execution of design collaterals for CLM (email/SMS/push), platform touchpoints (homepage banners, app assets), and marketing ads (performance creatives, digital campaigns).
ï‚· Work closely with internal design teams, content leads, and external agencies to ensure high-quality, on-brand output.
🟨 Communication & Storytelling
ï‚· Develop and execute cohesive brand communication strategies across ATL, BTL, digital, and owned media.
 Maintain a consistent brand voice and tonality—quirky, emotional, relatable, and premium where relevant.
ï‚· Collaborate with content, CRM, and category teams to translate business objectives into emotionally resonant campaigns.
🟨 Brand Visibility & Recall
ï‚· Build and strengthen brand visibility and top-of-mind recall through distinctive campaigns and consistent visual identity.
ï‚· Partner with PR, influencer, and paid media teams to ensure brand-led amplification.
ï‚· Drive integrated marketing efforts that enhance both brand storytelling and performance outcomes.
🟨 Consumer-Backed Thinking
ï‚· Understand consumer behavior, occasion triggers, and shopping journeys to inform visual storytelling.
 Identify opportunities to elevate user experience through memorable brand moments — from first impression to final delivery.
