Job Purpose:

The Assistant Business Solutions Manager is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and implementing business and technology solutions that align with Emirates Islamic Bank's strategic priorities. The role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring the accurate translation of requirements into functional solutions while driving process improvements and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
• Conduct gap analyses and assess the feasibility of proposed solutions in line with business objectives.
• Support solution architects and delivery teams in converting business needs into functional designs.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance standards and contribute to continuous improvement through post-implementation reviews.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in business analysis, IT delivery, or solution design, preferably within the financial or banking sector.
• Familiarity with core banking systems, digital platforms, and IT project lifecycle methodologies.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
