A case manager shall have the following education and work experience:

(i) a bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited college or university with major work in human resources or service delivery, and one year of full-time experience in the provision of services to a dependent adult population; or

(ii) an associate degree from an accredited college or university with major work in human resources or service delivery, and three years of full-time experience in the provision of services to a dependent adult population.

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Case Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client cases, ensuring that they receive the appropriate services and support necessary for their success. This role requires a strong understanding of various marketing strategies, as well as the ability to analyze data and implement effective solutions. The Case Manager will work closely with clients to assess their needs, develop personalized plans, and monitor progress while collaborating with other professionals in the field.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs and develop tailored case management plans.
  • Implement and monitor progress on individualized plans, adjusting as necessary to meet client goals.
  • Utilize SEO techniques to enhance online visibility and reach for case-related content.
  • Engage in multichannel marketing efforts, including social media marketing and email marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with clients on digital marketing strategies, including content marketing and performance marketing initiatives.
  • Manage advertising sales efforts, ensuring effective communication of services offered.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for creating compelling visual content that supports case objectives.
  • Analyze data using Google Analytics to measure the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
  • Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in case management and marketing.
  • Develop copywriting materials for various platforms, including WordPress websites and print advertising.
  • Facilitate B2B marketing efforts by building relationships with other organizations and stakeholders.
  • Oversee budgeting processes related to case management activities, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline communication and enhance client engagement.

Experience
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in case management or a related field, with experience in the following areas:

  • Proven expertise in digital marketing strategies, including e-commerce platforms and Google AdWords.
  • Familiarity with performance metrics and analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Strong skills in copywriting, research, and product management.
  • Experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns is highly desirable.
  • A solid understanding of sales processes and techniques is beneficial. Candidates should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. A passion for helping clients achieve their goals is essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
