Assistant Centre Manager

Job Description:

The Assistant Center Manager will be responsible for the smooth and efficient functioning of the dialysis center, ensuring high-quality patient care and effective coordination among staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the dialysis center.

Ensure patient satisfaction and maintain quality standards.

Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and technicians for seamless service delivery.

Maintain records of patient treatment, attendance, and inventory.

Handle administrative tasks, billing, and reporting as per company policy.

Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance.

Ensure adherence to company protocols and safety guidelines.

Support the regional and corporate team in audits and compliance activities.

Qualifications:

Graduate in any stream (preferably healthcare background).

Minimum 1–3years of experience in healthcare or hospital administration.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, email)

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
