Role of AWFIS for preparea new Team Member:
-
AWFIS SOP and Guidelines induction will be imparted and material shared
-
Training on business specificSOPs and Background (eg. Collections, renewals)
-
Share updated design and layout specs and training on Centre layout
-
Induction session in relevant Verticals of AWFIS
-
Scheduled Exposureto all sub groups withinthe Department to understand the key focus areas of Operations Department.

Graduate in any stream,
