We are expanding our design team for ASTEE and AMORIS, two emerging brands under the Cinderella Divine umbrella.

Job Title: Assistant Designer – ASTEE & AMORIS

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Assistant Designer to join our growing design team. This position will support the design development of two distinct brands within our portfolio, contributing to the creation of collections from concept to completion.

You will assist in designing women’s semi-formal and formal apparel, focusing on trend research, fabric sourcing, sketching, and sample development. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and demonstrates an intuitive understanding of both modern resort wear and accessible formal fashion.

As an Assistant Designer, you will:

• Support the Head Designer in developing seasonal concepts and design direction for both ASTEE and AMORIS.
• Conduct trend and market research to identify key colors, silhouettes, and fabrics for upcoming collections.
• Create sketches, CADs, and technical flats using Adobe Illustrator.
• Assist in preparing detailed tech packs and line sheets for production.
• Source and organize trims, fabrics, and embellishments aligned with each brand’s aesthetic.
• Communicate with the production team to ensure fit and quality standards are met.
• Participate in fittings and maintain organized records of revisions and updates.
• Support marketing and photoshoot preparation, ensuring visual alignment with brand identity.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams in production, merchandising, and sales.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in women’s apparel design (semi-formal, resort wear, or formalwear preferred).
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrications, and fit.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong sense of trend awareness and visual aesthetics aligned with ASTEE and AMORIS brand identities.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to grow within a dynamic fashion company.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $50,000 – $65,000 DOE
• Schedule: Full-time, 40-hour workweek (Monday – Friday, 9:00 A.M. – 5:30 P.M.)
