Overview
Aldecor Custom Framing & Gallery — a premium custom frame studio and art gallery — is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Assistant Designer & Custom Framer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for art, design, and craftsmanship, and thrives in a collaborative, hands-on environment.

You are perfect for this role if you take pride in precision, have a sharp eye for aesthetics, and truly enjoy working with clients. You’re eager to develop your skills in custom framing and design, learning from an experienced team that values both artistry and quality.

Your background includes customer service experience (high end retail is a big plus!) and passion for art and/or carpentry. You embody the “no-task-is-too-small” mindset essential in a small business—ready to assist wherever needed, from design consultations to workshop production.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Erika and the production team to create exceptional framing designs for fine art, photography, textiles, and memorabilia. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining the gallery’s presentation, assisting in the workshop, and ensuring every client interaction reflects Aldecor’s commitment to excellence. This role really is a do it all type of commitment.

If you’re ready to grow your skills in a supportive and creative environment, and contribute to a gallery that values craftsmanship, collaboration, and design integrity—we’d love to meet you.
