Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of Sales in planning and executing corporate sales strategies to expand market share.
  • Identify, target, and acquire new corporate accounts to increase occupancy and revenue.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through account management, regular meetings, and personalized service.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies and capture new business opportunities.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, forecasts, and revenue analysis.
  • Coordinate with marketing, revenue, and operations teams to align initiatives and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Sales Executives, providing guidance and performance feedback.
  • Represent voco Dubai at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand and establish new partnerships.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage rate agreements in line with company policies and profitability goals.
  • Foster long-term client partnerships through exceptional communication and follow-up.
