Customer Handling & Communication

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Maintain professional communication and provide accurate product/project information.
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients.

B. Sales Support & Coordination

  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and documentation.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing price sheets, quotations, and booking forms.
  • Follow up with customers for documentation, payments, and confirmations.
  • Coordinate between Sales, Finance, Marketing, and CRM teams for smooth workflow.

C. Record Keeping & Documentation

  • Maintain updated customer database and CRM entries.
  • Track daily leads, followups, walk-ins, and conversions.
  • Maintain sales files, agreements, booking forms, and correspondences.
  • Assist in preparing weekly and monthly sales reports.

D. Operational Assistance

  • Support in organizing sales events, open houses, and promotional activities.
  • Liaison with marketing for brochures, promotional material, and presentations.
  • Help prepare MIS reports, sales summaries, and performance dashboards.

E. Administrative Support

  • Maintain meeting schedules and agendas for the Sales Department.
  • Draft official letters, emails, and internal communications when needed.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day sales office operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
