Assistant Experience Programming Manager

Translate the festival program into detailed operational schedules & delivery plans under senior guidance.

Manage daily coordination with suppliers, performers, and partners to ensure readiness & quality.

Supervise specific zones or activations on site, ensuring activities run on time and meet LINKVIVA s standards.

Act as an on the ground problem solver; escalate major issues to the Manager/Director.

Support crowd flow, safety, and audience engagement via collaboration with operations, H&S, and security teams.

Ensure branded activations / partner led experiences are smoothly integrated into the wider program.

Deliver daily zone reports on performance, engagement, and operational issues.

Step in for the Manager when needed to ensure continuity across zones.

Contribute to post event reporting, sharing insights from live delivery.

Prior experience in live events, festivals, or entertainment programming.

Strong track record in zone management and supplier/talent coordination.

Skilled at troubleshooting & decision making under pressure.

Experience working with creative, technical, and operational teams.

Excellent organizational & reporting skills.

Cultural awareness of UAE/GCC audiences.

Arabic speaking preferred.
