Job Overview:
As the Assistant F&B Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the F&B Manager in all aspects of the food and beverage operations of our hotel. You will be working closely with the F&B team to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the F&B Manager in developing and implementing strategies to improve the overall F&B operations
- Oversee the daily activities of the F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and room service
- Train, supervise, and motivate the F&B team to provide exceptional service
- Monitor and maintain high levels of quality, service, and cleanliness in all F&B outlets
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Handle guest complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct regular inventory and maintain proper stock levels
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
- Assist in creating and implementing new menus and promotions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors’ offerings
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in a hotel setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and F&B management software
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of a second language is an asset
