Requirements
- Qualification: CA Inter / MBA Finance/M.Com
- Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles
- At least 2 years in a mid-level management role (Preferred)
Key Skills
- Strong understanding of international financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to prepare MIS reports, cash flows, budgets, and analyze cost control and revenue gaps.
- Hands-on expertise in Zoho / Tally and optimizing financial systems & processes.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of plantation operations will be an added advantage.
- HR & Admin support – overseeing attendance, payroll, staff records, and welfare activities.
