What You’ll Do
  • Assist in overseeing day-to-day clinical care and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, training, mentoring, and supervising nursing and caregiving staff
  • Collaborating with other department leaders to improve resident outcomes
  • Supporting care planning, assessments, and medication management
  • Fostering a positive and professional culture that supports team development

What You’ll Bring:

  • Active LPN license in the state of Iowa (Required)
  • Prior experience in nursing leadership or floor supervision (Preferred)
  • Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Long-term care (Preferred)
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • A commitment to quality, compliance, and resident-centered service
  • Compassionate leadership and a team-first attitude
