Job Summary:

The HR & Admin Officer/Manager is responsible for managing the company’s human resource functions and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations. This role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, attendance and payroll management, office administration, and compliance with company policies. The HR & Admin lead acts as a bridge between management and employees to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:Human Resources Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — job posting, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases.
  • Oversee attendance, leave, and punctuality tracking systems.
  • Prepare monthly payroll, salary slips, and manage employee benefits.
  • Draft offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and other HR documentation.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution professionally.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and assist in implementing performance management systems.
  • Plan and organize staff training, development, and engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all HR-related matters.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Supervise general office operations — housekeeping, security, maintenance, and supplies.
  • Manage vendor relationships and service contracts (e.g., office supplies, utilities, repairs).
  • Oversee travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and company events.
  • Ensure proper upkeep of office facilities and assets.
  • Maintain records of company equipment, assets, and inventory.
  • Support management in preparing letters, reports, and documentation.
  • Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are followed across the workplace.
  • Coordinate with IT, finance, and other departments for administrative support.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles (experience in SaaS or tech industry preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
