Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in managing daily administrative and HR functions. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll support, and general HR operations to ensure the department runs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical).
Support recruitment efforts by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
Help onboard new employees by preparing offer letters, contracts, and orientation materials.
Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Coordinate training sessions, staff meetings, and performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Prepare HR-related reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Support HR projects such as employee engagement activities, policy updates, and audits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support (internship experience acceptable).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and discretion with sensitive information.
Familiarity with labor legislation and HR best practices preferred.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
