Assistant HR Manager

Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is in growth mode and currently seeking an Assistant HR Manager to join our team!

Buffalo Biodiesel is seeking an Assistant HR Manager to assist our corporate office. Must have the ability to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible, and have the ability to monitor the performance of assigned departments. This person will work directly with the company's owner.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2 years of experience using ADP Workforce (setup, update and remove employee information).
• 2 years of experience posting ads on Indeed.
• Time-Off experience.
• Time Card HR & Review.
• Onboard and Offboard experience.
• Must be highly organized and have the ability to multi-task.
• Reliable, hardworking, and motivated.
• Previous experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Must be able to drive company vehicle.

Responsibilities:

• Company Policy Enforcement
• Manage Staff (if needed)

Shift:

• Tuesday – Saturday

Pay and Benefits:

• $35/hour with potential pay increase after 90 days if meeting metrics
