Assistant HR Officer – Short Job Description

Job Summary:
The Assistant HR Officer supports daily HR operations with a focus on recruitment, payroll assistance, and employee data record management. The role ensures accurate HR documentation, smooth hiring processes, and timely payroll preparation while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Collect, verify, and prepare attendance, overtime, and leave data for monthly payroll processing.
  • Maintain and update employee records, personal files, HR databases, and contract details.
  • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and employee letters.
  • Support employee inquiries related to HR policies, leave, and payroll.
  • Ensure HR documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with labor laws.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 1–2 years of HR experience preferred.
  • Strong MS Office skills Must
  • Good communication, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
