Job Title: Assistant Inspection Engineer

Department: Mechanical Engineer

Reports To: Inspection Supervisor / Senior Inspector

Location: Bhopal

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)

Job Summary: Uniquo is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated “Assistant Inspection Engineer” to support our inspection and quality control operations. The successful candidate will help ensure that all products, processes, or structures meet required standards and comply with internal and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in performing inspections on materials, components, machines, cranes, equipment, and finished products.

· Conduct basic measurements using tools like a vernier, a micrometre, and screw gauges.

· Identify, document, and report any deviations or non-conformities to seniors and prepare a checklist as per the requirement.

· Follow and support senior inspectors during quality audits and internal checks.

· Maintain accurate inspection logs and reports as per the instructions of seniors.

· Assist in implementing corrective actions as directed.

· Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, handle inspection equipment with care, and report any faults.

Requirements and Skills:

· Minimum: ITI of any trade / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

· It is a 100% Field job and site visits, and the candidate must have a “Bike”

· Candidate must be from Bhopal or the nearby area, or ready to relocate to Bhopal at their own cost

· Freshers with a diploma in ITI and mechanical engineering can also apply.

· Basic understanding of quality standards and inspection techniques

· Ability to read technical drawings (preferred)

· Good observational and documentation skills

· Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry)

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

· Exposure to ISO 9001, NDT Level I/II, or other relevant quality systems

· Experience in [industry-specific context, e.g., manufacturing/construction/oil & gas]
