Assistant Manager

• Availability to travel: Willingness and ability to travel frequently for business purposes.

• Monitor international shipments: Track orders from suppliers in China to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders: Liaise with shipping companies, customs agents, and logistics partners to manage transportation.
• Maintain order records: Document purchase orders, invoices, and shipment details for internal tracking.
• Ensure compliance: Verify that shipments meet import/export regulations and company standards.
• Communicate with suppliers: Follow up on production schedules, order confirmations, and delivery timelines.
• Handle delays or issues: Resolve problems such as customs clearance, shipment damage, or late deliveries.
• Inventory management support: Update stock levels and coordinate with warehouse teams upon arrival of goods.
• Cost tracking: Monitor shipping costs, tariffs, and duties to optimize expenses.
