Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Assistant Manager Accounts to join our team. This role is pivotal in overseeing financial operations, supporting store management, and ensuring smooth daily business functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a background in retail management, bookkeeping, and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee payroll processing, bookkeeping, and financial record-keeping to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients on all matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting, and mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Develop trust and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Monitor and analyze key account metrics and performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare and present regular status reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
