Job Description – Assistant Manager (Accounts & Finance)

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Accounts & Finance with a minimum of 5 years of hospital experience to manage and oversee day-to-day financial operations, accounting processes, and budgetary control. The candidate should ensure accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and effective cost management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise accounting, billing, and finance-related activities.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and MIS reports.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital finance policies and statutory regulations.
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
  • Support management in financial planning and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Hospital Accounts & Finance.
  • Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
