  • Ensure daily book-keeping.
  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
  • Monitor and optimize cash flow and working capital.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (e.g., IRDAI guidelines, GST, TDS, income tax).
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
  • Prepare periodic financial reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial integration.
  • Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies as needed.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other departments for compliance and financial dealings.
  • Managing metrics, performance criteria, goals and targets.
  • Provide various reports / MIS reports to stakeholders as required from time to time.
  • Any other task or responsibility as assigned by management from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Nariman Point, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Accounting & Finance: 2 years (Required)
