Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Law
  • 1–3 years of corporate or secretarial experience
  • Strong knowledge of Companies Act, 2017 and SECP eServices
  • Excellent communication and compliance skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file statutory forms, returns, and other documents with SECP
  • Manage company incorporations, amendments, and regulatory filings
  • Maintain statutory records including minutes, registers, and resolutions
  • Liaise with SECP and other authorities for compliance matters
  • Assist in corporate secretarial tasks and ensure adherence to legal frameworks
