💼 Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of corporate strategy initiatives aligned with RAKBANK’s long-term goals
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies
• Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for senior management and board meetings
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to improve business outcomes
• Assist in evaluating strategic partnerships, investments, and new business ventures

🎯 Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or corporate planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Strategic mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach
