Assistant Manager
Roles & Responsibility:

Demonstrating a solid understanding of the products or services on the commercial lines domain.

Good presentation skills and deep understanding of Employee Benefits & Non-Employee Benefits Policies.

Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.

Addressing and resolving key clients’ queries and complaints.
-
Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
-
Supervising the account teams assigned to each key client.
-
Communicating and collaborating with the marketing, sales, and operations departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met.
-
Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.

Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
-
Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfilment of each client's long-term goals.
-
Building relationships with clients.
-
Negotiating deals with clients.
-
Analysing data and market trends.
-
Networking & Hunting to attract potential clients.
ISMS Responsibilities:
-
Follow the instructions of Function Heads, operate systems on behalf of Function Heads, and serve users authorized by Function Heads;
-
Provide technical consulting assistance to Function Heads so that information systems can be built and run to best meet business objective;
-
Ensure the safeguarding of information in their possession;
-
Accepts responsibilities for the operation and protection of information assets; and
-
Perform the work as delegated by the by the Function Head.
Skills Required:

Proven experience in key account management.
