Job Description: Client Servicing


Position: Assistant Manager


Roles & Responsibility:


  • Demonstrating a solid understanding of the products or services on the commercial lines domain.
  • Good presentation skills and deep understanding of Employee Benefits & Non-Employee Benefits Policies.
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.
  • Addressing and resolving key clients’ queries and complaints.
  • Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
  • Supervising the account teams assigned to each key client.
  • Communicating and collaborating with the marketing, sales, and operations departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met.
  • Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
  • Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
  • Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfilment of each client's long-term goals.
  • Building relationships with clients.
  • Negotiating deals with clients.
  • Analysing data and market trends.
  • Networking & Hunting to attract potential clients.

ISMS Responsibilities:

  • Follow the instructions of Function Heads, operate systems on behalf of Function Heads, and serve users authorized by Function Heads;
  • Provide technical consulting assistance to Function Heads so that information systems can be built and run to best meet business objective;
  • Ensure the safeguarding of information in their possession;
  • Accepts responsibilities for the operation and protection of information assets; and
  • Perform the work as delegated by the by the Function Head.


Skills Required:


  • Proven experience in key account management.
  • Candidate who is knowledgeable about the products and services for Corporate Business
  • Candidate should be self-driven.
  • Have the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Have good presentation skills and be able to convince potential clients.
  • The ability to build rapport with key clients.
  • The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software.
