- To supervise all the front office functions in all areas

- To make duty schedule of the Front office staffs

- To supervise the working of Senior CRE’s

- To take daily rounds of in all the areas of the hospital and make note of the irregularities

- To rectify the patients’ problems at their level and if needed forward it to the Administration for further evaluation

- To maintain the records of all the complaints and corrective action taken

- To ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of rooms in coordination with Housekeeping and maintenance

- To strive continuously for the improvement of quality in the OP services

- Any other duties assigned by the Administrators
