ASSISTANT MANAGER / DEPUTY MANAGER INCUBATION KARACHI

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute incubation of cohorts and development initiatives under the I-Thrive program.
• Coordinate with mentors, startups, and partners to ensure seamless program delivery.
• Manage the I-Thrive incubation portal and digital platforms, from content uploads to promotional campaigns.
• Manage all startups under I-Thrive Incubation Center and ensure they receive continuous training and engagement during pre-incubation phase and throughout.
• Build and engage a vibrant community of innovators, mentors, and change makers.
• Develop research-based digital content to showcase I-Thrive’s impact and innovation stories.
• Support outreach to ORICs, BICs, research centers, and technology hubs to grow a collaborative ecosystem.
• Provide secretarial and operational support to the Incubation Committee and ensure smooth communication across stakeholders.
