Position : Assistant/Deputy Manager- Sales & Marketing – Cosmetics & Perfumery Glass Industry

Location - Abu Dhabi/ North Africa/South Africa

Department: Sales & marketing

Exp: 5-7 years of experience in sales of cosmetic/perfumery glass, luxury packaging

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Packaging Technology

Job Description:

• Identify and approach new customers in the beauty, fragrance, and personal care sectors.

• Build strong relationships with key accounts, packaging developers, and purchasing teams.

• Present the company’s product portfolio — including standard ranges and custom-designed glass packaging.

• Generate quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and manage the complete sales cycle through to order closure.

• Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and evolving design preferences in the beauty segment.

• Maintain an updated customer database and pipeline in CRM.

• Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of customer projects.

• Support marketing and product development teams with feedback from the market.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales volume, revenue, and margin targets.

• Prepare sales forecasts and periodic market reports for management review.

• Participate in trade shows, client visits, and presentations to promote company capabilities.
