Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s/master’s degree in public relations / communications, marketing, or related field

4-6 years of experience in online reputation management, crisis communication, or digital PR

Proven track record of managing reputation crises and negative publicity

Expert knowledge of review platforms, social media monitoring tools, and SEO principles
