The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content to. You will create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.

Responsibilities

  • Develops digital marketing strategy with line manager, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
  • Plans with line manager and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Coordinates website content updates (landing pages, guides, notifications, etc.) with the web developer and ensures timely communication to the Line Manager.
  • Ensuring all digital marketing communications are distributed effectively, internally and externally.
  • Analyzing digital metrics to identify and review trends and insights and using the data to optimize performance.
  • Supports the maintenance and enhancement of our social media presence on all digital platforms.
  • Works with internal teams and agencies to support the development of landing pages and enhance user experience.
  • Develop effective user funnels, ensure conversion points are optimized.
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies for digital growth and engagement.
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Provides report on the performance of digital marketing processes and providing actionable insights by tracking goals such as ROI and key performance indicators (KPI) set by the line manager.
  • Support Line Manager at events as and when needed and assist senior management with tasks.
  • Ensures all Shams’ campaigns and initiatives are adequately represented on all social media and digital platforms.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree Graduate
  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in similar role.
  • 2–3 years of experience of managing a team
  • Experience in launching digital marketing strategy
  • Social Media management
  • Search Engine Marketing
  • Experience of using CRM to manage, maintain data and integrate marketing campaigns. Work experience in business set up/freezone industry is an advantage
