Job Description

Function Summary Talent Acquisition function is primarily responsible for Enabling the organization to attract best talent and fulfill the hiring requirements at all levels in the best possible time at the right cost. Job SummaryWe are looking for a Manager - Talent Acquisition to fulfill the hiring requirements and implement recruiting strategies for hiring for front line roles. As the front-line recruiter, you will be responsible to hire the best talent within the timelines at optimal costs and create an environment which enables successful immersion of new hires with the organization culture and standards of operations. You will be the custodian of the recruitment procedures, from sourcing to hiring and ensuring 100% compliance to the standard operating procedures. Key Responsibilities•Effectively manage the recruitments for the roles assigned including, but not limited to:•Ensure positions fill with the right talent and as per the measures of success •Developing and/or identifying innovative, creative and cost effective approaches for sourcing and selection that generate a pipeline of highly desirable and diverse candidates •Responsible to manage & attain targeted Source Mix, increase output of low costing hiring sources.•Implement recruiting brand management and social media strategy that will enhance and compliment the recruiting and talent acquisition strategies. •Taking responsibility for all talent acquisition metrics, reporting and the integrity of the data, ensuring data accuracy, timeliness and effectiveness of tool for past trends and forecasting. •Develops and maintain performance metrics that provide clarity of trending, benchmarking and insight for making program and process improvements. •Vendor Management - Selection, engagement, delivery management, Cost management and assessment •Referral Programs/ Consultant contests: Effectively managing employee and vendor engagement to directly impact cost/ TAT of hiring•Ensure accountability for all external and internal parties involved in the recruiting process for compliance with applicable applicant tracking, interviewing and hiring requirements. •Ensure compliance with all external regulatory and internal policy recruiting and hiring requirements•Collaborate with business partners and hiring managers to drive effectiveness of talent acquisition activities by effective stake holder management •Participate in new age initiatives and projects and accept additional responsibilities as assigned by one’s supervisor or other manager related to the position/department.Key skills required?Excellent communication & presentation skills?Resilience and agility?Strong networking orientation and skills ?Strong relationship building capability?Sharp analytical orientation?Strong Work ethics?Lateral Thinking?Inclusive and collaborative?High on accountability?Managing multiple stakeholders ?Result orientation?Drive and passion?Ability operate in a challenging, changing environment?Proficiency in MS Office – PPT/ Excel Desired Qualifications•Graduate/Post Graduate •Working experience in a reputed national or international company for around 3-4 years•Must have worked in an environment having used Automated processes for hiring.•Proven track record of conceptualizing and implementing talent acquisition initiatives.•Team Player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can function effectively at all levels of an organization.•Ability to negotiate and actively facilitate change in culture, strategy, process etc.•Project management skills with a proven track record for delivery of practical business solutions.
