Business & Performance Management

  • Monitor sales performance across marketplaces; track KPIs such as revenue, conversion rate, ASP, and return rates.
  • Conduct detailed data analysis to derive insights on consumer behavior, product performance, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage inventory planning and availability to ensure adequate stock cover and minimize out-of-stock instances.

Marketing & Campaigns

  • Plan and execute platform-specific campaigns and promotions in alignment with the brand’s marketing calendar.
  • Coordinate with marketplace teams for visibility slots, merchandising, and promotional opportunities.
  • Conduct performance analysis and work closely with platform teams to optimize marketing investments for maximum impact

Assortment & Content Management

  • Oversee product catalog accuracy—images, descriptions, pricing, taxonomy, and keywords.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure impactful content that drives engagement and conversions.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with supply chain, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatches, returns management, and SLA adherence.
  • Support in preparing business reviews, reports, and presentations for management.

Market & Competitive Analysis

  • Track competitor pricing, promotions, and assortment strategies.
  • Share actionable insights with the brand team to refine positioning and pricing.

Stay updated with e-commerce trends and evolving marketplace requirements


Profile Requirement :-

  1. One should be Familiar with marketplace portals (Myntra, Tata Cliq Luxury, Tata Cliq, Ajio like market places ) and digital marketing basics.
  2. Should have Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
