Assistant Manager Electronics (BE Electronics)

Job Description

Electronics Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and 1-2 years of experience, especially good understanding in Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). The candidate will design, program, and maintain electronic systems, focusing on VFD and PLC integration for industrial automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, program and maintain VFDs for motor control applications, including parameter setup. Develop and implement PLC programs using tools for industrial automation systems.
• Interface VFDs and PLCs with digital inputs/outputs and communication protocols (e.g., Modbus TCP, Ethernet) for seamless system integration.
• Troubleshoot the VFD and PLC systems, ensuring reliable operation and compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including wiring diagrams, PLC code, VFD configurations, and test reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electronics with mechanical and software systems. Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., IEC, CE) and safety regulations.
• Support prototyping, commissioning, and maintenance of automation systems.

Qualifications, Experience & Required Skill Set:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering (BE).
• 1-2 years of experience in electronics design, VFD configuration, and PLC programming. Proficiency in VFD configuration and troubleshooting (e.g., ABB, Siemens, or similar).
• Strong experience in PLC programming using ladder logic, structured text, or function block diagrams in environment.
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP, or Profibus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs95,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
