### *Role Overview*

The *Senior Finance Executive* will oversee the organization’s financial health and reporting accuracy. This position requires strategic insight, operational excellence, and strong knowledge of financial regulations. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, efficiency, and sound financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

*1. Financial Planning & Analysis*

* Lead budgeting and forecasting across departments.

* Conduct financial analysis to guide business decisions and cost optimization.

* Monitor KPIs and prepare dashboards for leadership.

*2. Accounts Receivable & Payable Oversight*

* Supervise AR/AP processes ensuring timely and accurate transactions.

* Resolve billing, reconciliation, and vendor/client issues.

* Maintain and review aging reports and AP/AR summaries.

*3. Taxation & Compliance*

* Oversee preparation and filing of tax returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).

* Stay updated on tax laws and implement process improvements.

* Coordinate with consultants and auditors for assessments and compliance.

*4. Treasury & Banking*

* Manage company cash flow, fund planning, and bank operations.

* Handle domestic and international remittances, FX transactions, and regulatory reporting.

* Liaise with banks for credit, forex, and investment decisions.

*5. Audit, Controls & Documentation*

* Lead internal and statutory audits with proper documentation and reconciliations.

* Strengthen internal control systems for financial accuracy.

* Ensure adherence to statutory financial requirements.

*6. Team Leadership & Collaboration*

* Mentor junior finance staff and facilitate skill development.

* Collaborate with sales, procurement, and leadership teams.

* Develop SOPs for finance operations and enhance ERP utilization.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CA or MBA Finance preferred).

* 10–12 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, ideally in a *corporate or luxury retail* environment.

* Proficiency in *Tally, ERP systems, and **advanced Excel*.
