Job Description

Fixed Assets Management

Responsible for assets management of all locations of the Bank.

To monitor Fixed Asset Movement from HO to all locations and ensures timely pasting of assets tags

Recording of Fixed assets movement MIS and updating in Oracle Financials

Physical Verification of Assets at all HO locations

To Compile Fixed assets verification data and reconciliation

Disposal of Assets as per Bank’s policy

Coordination with Finance department for fixed assets related issues

To support branches for any requirement for smooth operation of daily activities required from Admin department

LOS Project Management

Management and Issuance of all LOS Project devices

To provide support to branches regarding LOS devices

To Coordinate with LOS Service desk related to LOS Project issues

To Coordinate with service providers for data devices issuance and resolution of LOS related issues

To Coordinate with vendors for warranty claims & repairing of LOS devices

To compile MIS of LOS device issuance and update in FAR

To Coordinate with Insurance department in case of theft/snatching of LOS devices

To Coordinate with HR for recovery of LOS devices cost if mis-utilized by user

Fleet Management

To maintain complete record of Bank’s vehicles

Registration of New vehicles and Token Tax payments

Safe custody of Vehicle’s documents and Registration books

Disposal of Vehicles

Process Digitalization

Focal person for FAMS application/ digitalization from admin end

Inter departmental communications for the process improvements

Any other task assigned by line manager


Job Specification

Minimum 4-5 years of Administration & Asset Management experience preferably having a composition of Microfinance or Commercial Banking or any reputed organization.

Bachelor / Master Degree (16 years of Education) in Management / Supply Chain.
