Job Purpose:

This role involves developing pricing strategies and perform the pricing for fixed data, fixed voice, ICT and digital products as per market practice and performing competition analysis. The candidate is expected to have expertise in Fixed, Digital and ICT products which can be leveraged to find and fill opportunities in different segments.

The candidate will be a domain expert who will perform industry benchmarking, research, product pricing, deal evaluation etc. for fixed data, fixed voice, ICT and digital products
Job Responsibilities:
-
Fixed portfolio Strategic planning to retain significant position among fixed industry players
-
Managing fixed portfolio for products including DIA, DPLC, IPLC , MPLS, SD-WAN in close liaison with Sales and Regional ESS team
-
Technical portfolio management in close liaison with NP, O&M, IT and partner vendors
-
Platforms onboarding from CMCC and through third parties to augment current fixed portfolio
-
Development of next-generation fixed offerings aligned with large enterprise and SME needs
-
Maintain trackers for timely delivery
-
End to end design, feasibility analysis, and commercial launch of new products related to fixed network
-
Partnership and alliances management for growth in revenue
-
The industry needs analysis customer feedback, surveys and competitors’ analysis
-
Driving sales teams by devising product area wise market plan and strategy
-
Product viability and competitive assessment
-
Leading teams designing technical solutions and technical and financial proposal for enterprise markets that includes Technical feasibility (fixed and variable, network and IT infrastructure readiness, technical complexity, legal and regulatory compliances, timelines)

Leading commercial feasibility (competitive assessment, target segments, subscribers forecast, pricing, product positioning, potential partners and business model, cost structure, revenue forecast and profitability)

Business case and product paper approval from management

Design and liaison with NP, O&M, IT, Legal & all concerned for new products development

Techno-commercial Conflict resolution pertaining to solutions’ designs and contractual obligations
-
Leading teams and professional advisory considering industry best practices on Policy & Process management (sales process, support, product provisioning process and product performance etc.)

Leading teams by ensuring Sales Kit Preparation including Sales collateral, Digital media, sales videos and training, product user manuals
-
Ensuring product Rollouts and Launch Yearly, quarterly and monthly Business planning for fixed products (including industry use cases, segment identification, business areas
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):
Education:
-
In principal, minimum Bachelors degree preferably in Computer Science / Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering from reputed university

MBA in Marketing and/or Finance would be a plus
Work Experience:
-
4-5 years of relevant work experience is preferred
