Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage hiring for clinical and non-clinical roles (nursing, paramedical, medical, administrative, support staff).
- Coordinate job postings, screening, interviews, and salary negotiations.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and compliance with healthcare workforce standards.
2. Payroll Processing & HR Operations
- Collect, verify, and consolidate payroll inputs: attendance, leaves, overtime, shift allowances, and deductions.
- Coordinate with finance/payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.
- Manage statutory components such as PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and TDS.
- Maintain HRIS, employee records, and monthly payroll reports.
- Oversee attendance systems, biometric updates, and workforce shift/roster management.
3. Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Implement employee engagement programs, welfare initiatives, and recognition activities.
- Address grievances and support conflict resolution.
- Conduct feedback surveys and propose improvements.
4. Training & Development
- Identify training needs across departments.
- Coordinate mandatory medical trainings (BLS/ACLS), compliance programs, and soft skills training.
- Maintain training databases and accreditation-related documentation.
5. Performance Management
- Support the performance appraisal process, including KPI/KRA alignment and evaluation coordination.
- Maintain records and follow-up on performance improvement plans.
6. Statutory Compliance & Accreditation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and healthcare accreditation standards (NABH/JCI).
- Maintain statutory and audit-ready HR documentation.
- Assist in internal and external audit processes.
7. Employee Relations & Disciplinary Procedures
- Support disciplinary proceedings, issuing notices, and documentation.
- Promote a compliant, ethical, and safe work culture aligned with healthcare standards.
8. HR Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare dashboards on manpower, attrition, payroll, recruitment status, and training metrics.
- Provide insights to management for workforce planning.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–7 years of HR experience in hospitals, clinics, diagnostics, or healthcare institutions.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing is essential.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, HRIS, and statutory compliances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of hospital operations and staffing norms.
- Ability to multitask and perform under fast-paced healthcare conditions.
