Key Performance Area:

  • Ensure timely recruitment and onboarding as per manpower plan
  • Maintain a strong hiring pipeline for blue-collar and staff positions
  • Reduce recruitment lead time and improve the source mix
  • Strengthen the vendor base to support fluctuating business needs
  • Build and develop a talent pipeline aligned with business goals
  • Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives
  • Reduce absenteeism through targeted action plans
  • Monitor attrition and implement preventive measures based on exit analysis
  • Ensure effective implementation of the performance appraisal process
  • Maintain and update the skill matrix monthly
  • Ensure 100% compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory norms
  • Maintain statutory documentation and audit readiness
  • Ensure PF, ESIC, and wage compliance
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing with error-free records
  • Validate timesheets, attendance, overtime, and shift data
  • Identify training needs and execute monthly and annual training plans
  • Track training effectiveness, ROI, and compliance
  • Conduct induction and orientation programs for new joiners
  • Manage transport operations with cost-effective solutions
  • Oversee canteen services ensuring hygiene, quality, and timely delivery
  • Handle overall plant administration to support smooth operations
  • Ensure effective communication and implementation of HR policies
  • Build a high-performing HR and Admin team
  • Ensure smooth HR audits, documentation, and compliance reporting
  • Maintain harmonious employee relations at the shop floor
  • Partner with the Plant Head and functional leaders to meet business objectives
  • Resolve operational HR challenges through structured problem-solving
  • Drive HR best practices across the unit and promote company values
