Job Title: Assistant Manager HR(Operations)

Exp: 5-7 Years (E.com/Logistics/Quick Commerce) Education: Any Graduate (HR/Logistics)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training & Development

  • Conduct training sessions for riders, Telecallers, Ground HR teams and new hires to ensure proper process understanding and performance improvement.
  • Organize regular refresher and skill enhancement sessions.
  • Perform training audits to assess the effectiveness of sessions and identify areas for improvement.

2. Rider Engagement & Retention

  • Drive engagement activities to maintain motivation and satisfaction among riders.
  • Address rider grievances and provide timely resolutions.
  • Manage rider onboarding, coordination, and retention strategies to reduce attrition.

3. Team & Vendor Coordination

  • Support and guide the hiring team to overcome operational and recruitment challenges.
  • Coordinate with vendors for rider hiring, documentation, and payments.
  • Handle vendor-related payments and ensure timely settlements.

4. Strategy & Marketing Initiatives

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain riders.
  • Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities for rider acquisition.
  • Design and manage incentive programs for riders, telecallers and recruiters to boost performance.

5. Reporting & MIS Management

  • Maintain accurate data and prepare MIS reports related to training, recruitment, and operations.
  • Track training outcomes, engagement metrics, and incentive performance.

6. Travel & Coordination

  • Travel across assigned cities as required for training, audits, research and operational coordination.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Training, Operations, or Rider Management.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Team and Grievance handling experience is must.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
  • Rider handling experience is mandatory

Other requirements:

  • Location will be either Surat or Ahmedabad. But he has to travel Surat, Vadodara & Ahmedabad according to companies’ requirement.
  • Age criteria 26 to 40 Years

Pay: ₹36,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
