Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for hospitality roles (front-of-house, kitchen, and support staff).
  • Manage onboarding, induction, and documentation for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
  • Administer payroll inputs, leave & attendance management.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention activities.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and training initiatives.
  • Act as a bridge between management and staff for smooth communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in HR, preferably in F&B/QSR/hospitality industry.
  • Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
  • Strong recruitment and networking skills.
  • Knowledge of Indian labour laws & statutory compliance.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
