Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for hospitality roles (front-of-house, kitchen, and support staff).
- Manage onboarding, induction, and documentation for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
- Administer payroll inputs, leave & attendance management.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
- Drive employee engagement and retention activities.
- Support performance appraisal processes and training initiatives.
- Act as a bridge between management and staff for smooth communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in HR, preferably in F&B/QSR/hospitality industry.
- Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
- Strong recruitment and networking skills.
- Knowledge of Indian labour laws & statutory compliance.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
