We are seeking an Assistant Manager at our Head office Karachi to oversee HR functions, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and strategic objectives. This role requires a generalist role, and foster a productive and compliant workplace.
What required:
· Recruitment, interviews and hiring.
· Oversee daily HR operations and ensure seamless workflow.
· Implement HR policies, performance evaluations, and training programs.
· Ensure legal compliance with employment laws and regulations.
· Manage compensation, benefits, leave policies, and employee engagement strategies.
· Workforce planning, and HR system management (HRIS/HRMS).
· Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
· Drive employer branding and employee retention programs.
What you bring to us:
· Education: MBA or BBA in HRM (Post-Graduation Diploma/Certification preferred).
· Experience: 3 to 5 years in HR.
· Proficiency in HR systems (HRIS/HRMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and implement strategic HR initiatives.
