Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources located in Mengio. The Assistant Manager will manage day-to-day HR operations, assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, oversee employee engagement initiatives, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role also involves supporting training and development programs, maintaining employee records, and advising on best HR practices.

Qualifications
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance protocols
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools, as well as general computer applications
  • Ability to implement training programs and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous HR management or supervisory experience is an advantage
