As the HR Assistant Manager, you will oversee essential HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, PRO coordination, HR documentation, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities
Main Duties

Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a seamless employee experience.

Prepare and maintain employee contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation in line with UAE Labour Law.

Coordinate with the company PRO for all visa, labour, and government processes.

Support employee relations, performance reviews, and the full offboarding cycle with professionalism and confidentiality.

Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with legal and organisational policies.
Specific Duties

Keep HR databases up to date, including leave, visa expiry, and contract renewal tracking.

Draft HR memos, letters, and internal communication.

Prepare monthly payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, leave deductions).

Manage medical insurance processes for staff and dependents.
-
Support policy briefings, inductions, and HR-related training.

Assist with audit preparation, staff file management, and compliance archiving.

Track probation periods, appraisal schedules, and contract end dates.

Provide administrative support to leadership and assist employees with HR inquiries.

Contribute to HR process improvements and efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelorâs degree in a relevant field.

Experience
-
Minimum 3 yearsâ HR experience in the region.

Experience with contract management, onboarding, and offboarding.

Familiarity with UAE labour regulations, payroll inputs, and HR procedures.

Knowledge & Skills

Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE requirements.
